## Key facts

- Ramadan countdown: live days/hours/minutes/seconds to the start of Ramadan, on the home screen and a home-screen widget. After Ramadan ends it automatically counts down to the next Ramadan.
- Azan: full Azan (Adhan) for Fajr, Dhuhr, Asr, Maghrib and Isha, with a separate Fajr Azan. It rings at prayer time with a full-screen alert even if the app is closed or the phone is locked, and stops with one tap. Each prayer's alert and Azan can be turned on or off separately.
- Prayer times: calculated for the user's current location or any searched city. 10 calculation methods: Muslim World League, Egyptian General Authority, University of Islamic Sciences Karachi, Umm al-Qura (Makkah), Dubai, Moonsighting Committee, ISNA (North America), Kuwait, Qatar, Singapore. Asr method: Shafi'i/Maliki/Hanbali or Hanafi.
- Sehri (Suhoor) and Iftar: daily times plus reminders before Sehri ends and before Iftar, each with its own reminder time (5, 10, 15, 30 minutes or custom, up to 3 hours) and a wake-up alarm using any phone ringtone.
- Qibla compass: direction to the Kaaba and distance to Makkah, with several compass designs.
- Islamic Hijri calendar: official Umm al-Qura calendar by default (tabular Friday/Thursday options), browsable by Islamic month, with a -2 to +2 day adjustment to match local moon sighting.
- Tasbih counter: targets, rounds, vibration, sound, volume-button and headset counting, custom dhikr, history and backup/restore.
- Dhikr counter: Tasbih Fatimah after prayer and daily adhkar, with saved progress and custom dhikr.
- Content: 99 Names of Allah (Asma ul Husna) with meanings; Ramadan duas (Sehri, Iftar, Laylatul Qadr and more); Hadith of the Day from authentic collections such as Sahih al-Bukhari and Sahih Muslim.
- Zakat calculator: cash, gold, silver and investments, with the Nisab based on the gold price the user enters.
- Personalisation: Ramadan home themes, animated lantern characters, light and dark mode, custom countdown colours.
- Privacy: no account; location is used only to calculate times and the Qibla and is not stored on the publisher's servers.

## Accuracy notes

- Prayer, Sehri and Iftar times and Hijri dates are calculated astronomically and can differ slightly from a local mosque or moon-sighting announcement; users can change the calculation method and adjust the Hijri date.
- The start of Ramadan and Eid depends on each country's moon sighting and may differ by a day from the Umm al-Qura date.
